Samsung SGH-E250

Overview

The Samsung SGH-E250 was released in 2006.

Ergonomics

Sliding phone.

Exposure levels vary depending on the light source, with whites coming out very bright when the subject is in direct sunlight. Photos appear to have a purple-ish hue in averagely-lit environments. Some might not like it, but I find it charming.

Charger

The Samsung SGH-E250 uses a PCB220 charger. The same port is used for the headphone jack too.

My personal thoughts

Next to its light pink shell, the unique iridescent logo and design printed on the back are what make this phone stand out. The SGH-E250's sharp edges give it a sort of industrial or professional look, which looks very cool with the color pink.

This phone was locked to T-mobile (now EE) when I got it, but I was able to get it unlocked for free just by calling EE and asking for a code. I then tried 2 sims: Vodafone UK and Smarty UK. The first one worked, but the second one didn't. I would've liked to use this as my primary phone, at least for a little while, but Vodafone plans are far too expensive.
